I ended up making this Apple Cinnamon pancake from the Waitrose website. It was very delicious indeed. Even better, we alternated between this and banana nutella creations. Should definitely do this more often. Tempted to get a blueberry bush planted in the garden for many Sunday mornings to come - with blueberry pancakes. YUM YUM
